While this fire helmet shield is specifically designed for fire chiefs, it is adjustable from the rank of Lieutenant all the way up to the chief of the department.

This shield starts out as a thick cow hide. It is then cut in to shape and laser engraved with the bugle arrangement the customer picks. If you are buying this as a unique firefighter gift, and need help with the bugles, feel free to message us.

After the shield is cut out and laser engraved, we hand paint or dye the entire shield, including the bugles. The shield is then stitched together and finished.
